Your voice matters

Tell us how we are doing

Whether you want to thank a carer, suggest an improvement or raise a concern, we want to hear it. Every piece of feedback helps us give better care, and you will never be treated differently for speaking up.

Share your feedback or make a complaint

It takes a couple of minutes. You can write on your own behalf or for someone you care about.

What would you like to share?

We need a phone number or an email address so we can respond to you.

What happens next

How we handle your feedback

  1. 1

    We acknowledge it

A member of our team confirms we have received your feedback, usually within three working days.

  2. 2

    We look into it

Complaints are investigated fully and fairly, and we speak with everyone involved.

  3. 3

    We respond and act

We share what we found and what we will change, normally within 28 days. If we need longer, we keep you updated.

Not satisfied with our response? You can ask us to review it, or contact the Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman for independent help. Details are in our complaints procedure.

We listen, and we act

Every compliment is passed on to the carer it is about. Every concern is taken seriously and used to improve the care we provide.
