We carefully screen and interview every Elm Tree Care Services staff member, to establish their reasons for choosing care as a career. We therefore only select and employ only the staff that are truly caring and compassionate.

Our assessors have great experience in matching the suitable staff to our clients, therefore they are assessed for their interests and hobbies to ensure they match closely with clients including cultural needs.
